Unsere Studios befinden sich in zentraler Lage, unterhalb des
Schlossbergs, 2 min vom Schwabentor entfernt in der Kartäuserstraße
und der Wallstraße. Sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen von den Straßenbahn-
haltestellen Schwabentor, Oberlinden und Holzmarkt. Gute Park-
möglichkeiten in der Schwabentorgarage. Großzügige weite Räume bieten
Inspiration und Ruhe zu konzentriertem und entspannendem Workout.
Im Angebot stehen Einzel- und Kleingruppen-Trainings mit dem
GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® und in der PILATES Methode nach
Body Arts andScience International (BASI) sowie Yoga und Feldenkrais.
Spezielle Studiogeräte ergänzen dabei das Training auf Matte und Hocker.
Gerne vermieten wir unsere Räumlichkeiten auch unter der Woche oder
für Wochenendkurse.
Als Ausbildungsinstitut des deutschen Pilates Verbandes bieten wir
Ausbildungskurse zum international anerkannten Pilates Trainer an.

Our studios are located in the heart of Freiburg, below the castle hill.
You can easily reach us by foot or tram, and parking facilities are available
in the Schwabentor garage around the corner.
Spacious open training areas offer inspiration, ease and comfort for a
concentrated and relaxing workout. Beside a homelike reception area for
an introductory talk or just a cup of tea we offer you spacious dressing
rooms and a relaxing shower area.
On special offer are individual and group trainings in GYROTONIC
EXPANSION SYSTEM® and the Pilates Method of Body Arts and
Science International (BASI). Special studio equipment completes your
training on the mat and chair and makes Dynamic Arts an exclusive
address in the Freiburg area.
We gladly rent our facilities to you for weekend courses and seminars.

As an educational institution of the German assossiation of Pilates we
offer Teacher Training Courses for to become an international
recognized Pilates trainer. Also you can start the GYROTONIC® und GYROKINESIS® education.
